The most reproducible NBPF14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling, Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane, and Negative regulation of calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade. Each is linked with NBPF14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF14-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF14 results are reported.
