NBPF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,371 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPU, POGZ, and VEZF1. Each is linked with NBPF12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF12-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF12 versus HNRNPU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
