NBPF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NBPF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF12-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by NBPF12-low versus NBPF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
