Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, HS3ST2, and PIP. Each is linked with NBPF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF12-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HDML grouped by NBPF12-low versus NBPF12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
