Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F5, NDUFAF6, and MRE11. Each is linked with NBN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBN-to-partner and partner-to-NBN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBN versus E2F5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
