Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,792 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISLR, IGFBP6, and SELENOM. Each is linked with NBL1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBL1 versus ISLR in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
