Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with NBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBL1 results are reported.
