Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,041 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Determination of dorsal identity, Determination of dorsal/ventral asymmetry, and Negative regulation of monocyte chemotaxis. Each is linked with NBL1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBL1 results are reported.
