NBEAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,243 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MXRA5, P3H4, and PLOD1. Each is linked with NBEAP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
