Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBEAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RPS21P2, and MIR6784. Each is linked with NBEAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
