Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBEAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100P, CXCL8, and ASPN. Each is linked with NBEAL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAL2-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBEAL2 versus S100P in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
