NBEAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, BUB3, and SAAL1. Each is linked with NBEAL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAL2-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by NBEAL2-low versus NBEAL2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
