NBEAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,270 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, RAD51AP1, and ACRV1. Each is linked with NBEAL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBEAL1 versus GINS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
