Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBEAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,585 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA destabilization, RNA destabilization, and Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with NBEAL1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAL1 results are reported.
