Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBDY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,638 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBDY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEH1, CASP10, and NOP53. Each is linked with NBDY in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBDY-to-partner and partner-to-NBDY results are reported.
