Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBDY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBDY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP90, MIR98, and MAP3K4-AS1. Each is linked with NBDY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBDY-to-partner and partner-to-NBDY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBDY→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBDY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
