NBAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,895 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A1, DBN1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with NBAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NBAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBAT1 versus COL5A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
