NBAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,567 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIZ, PUM2, and HPF1. Each is linked with NBAS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAS-to-partner and partner-to-NBAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBAS versus WIZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
