NBAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN4, POFUT1, and MYC. Each is linked with NBAS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAS-to-partner and partner-to-NBAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBAS versus GEMIN4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
