NBAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, SEH1L, and SET. Each is linked with NBAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAS-to-partner and partner-to-NBAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EZH2 grouped by NBAS-low versus NBAS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
