Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with NBAS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAS-to-partner and partner-to-NBAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by NBAS-low versus NBAS-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
