NBAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM34A, CUEDC2, and TMEM9. Each is linked with NBAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAS-to-partner and partner-to-NBAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM34A grouped by NBAS-low versus NBAS-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
