Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAXD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAXD data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NAXD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAXD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where NAXD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
