Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAXD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,469 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAXD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, TRIP13, and CAB39L. Each is linked with NAXD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAXD-to-partner and partner-to-NAXD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAXD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAXD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
