NAXD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAXD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAXD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4N5, CIB3, and MIR6892. Each is linked with NAXD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAXD-to-partner and partner-to-NAXD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAXD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAXD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
