Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAXD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAXD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Double-strand break repair via classical nonhomologous end joining, and Positive regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis. Each is linked with NAXD in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAXD-to-partner and partner-to-NAXD results are reported.
