NAV3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,110 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, SSC5D, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with NAV3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV3-to-partner and partner-to-NAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAV3 versus SGCD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
