Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A16, ARRB1, and GNG8. Each is linked with NAV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV3-to-partner and partner-to-NAV3 results are reported.
