Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,368 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with NAV3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV3-to-partner and partner-to-NAV3 results are reported.
