Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with NAV2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV2-to-partner and partner-to-NAV2 results are reported.
