Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAV2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,895 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stress-activated MAPK cascade, Positive regulation of viral process, and Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with NAV2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV2-to-partner and partner-to-NAV2 results are reported.
