NAV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,097 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAV1_S452, NAV1_S142, and NAV1_S541. Each is linked with NAV1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV1-to-partner and partner-to-NAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAV1 versus NAV1_S452 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
