Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,198 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD1, MEIS3, and FSCN1. Each is linked with NAV1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV1-to-partner and partner-to-NAV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAV1 versus FGD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
