Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPLN, GOT1, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with NAV1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV1-to-partner and partner-to-NAV1 results are reported.
