Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,815 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with NAV1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV1-to-partner and partner-to-NAV1 results are reported.
