NAT9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX8, CSTF3, and DDX42. Each is linked with NAT9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT9-to-partner and partner-to-NAT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT9 versus CBX8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
