Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,285 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NAT9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT9-to-partner and partner-to-NAT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pre-mRNA catabolic process grouped by NAT9-low versus NAT9-high in BONE.
