NAT8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 855 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, RSPH14, and MIOX. Each is linked with NAT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT8 versus LGALS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
