Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4507, RNU6-702P, and RNU6-910P. Each is linked with NAT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4507 grouped by NAT8-low versus NAT8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
