Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, Macrophages, and pDC. Each is linked with NAT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by NAT8-low versus NAT8-high in LGG.
