Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,917 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oocyte growth, Protein targeting to lysosome, and Catecholamine transport. Each is linked with NAT8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8 results are reported.
