NAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, Caveolin-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT2-to-partner and partner-to-NAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETD2 grouped by NAT2-low versus NAT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
