NAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP. Each is linked with NAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT2-to-partner and partner-to-NAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by NAT2-low versus NAT2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
