Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-45P, SNORD105, and RNU1-101P. Each is linked with NAT16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT16-to-partner and partner-to-NAT16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-45P grouped by NAT16-low versus NAT16-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
