Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT16 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP. Each is linked with NAT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT16-to-partner and partner-to-NAT16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by NAT16-low versus NAT16-high in HNSC.
