NAT16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis, and Fusion of sperm to egg plasma membrane involved in single fertilization. Each is linked with NAT16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT16-to-partner and partner-to-NAT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by NAT16-low versus NAT16-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
