Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAT14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NAT14 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher NAT14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAT14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO, SCLC, and COAD are the cancer types where NAT14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
