Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,488 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, C12orf43, and CAPRIN1. Each is linked with NAT10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT10-to-partner and partner-to-NAT10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT10 versus MSH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
