Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, RPL23AP7, and RNA5SP477. Each is linked with NAT10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT10-to-partner and partner-to-NAT10 results are reported.
