Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with NAT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT10-to-partner and partner-to-NAT10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by NAT10-low versus NAT10-high in UCEC.
